Main Toolbar> Manage Layers…
Main Top Menu> Tools> Manage Layers

CREATE LAYERS
Main Top Menu> Tools> Manage Layers>’Create New Layer’ button

PUT OBJECTS INSIDE A LAYER
1. Main Top Menu> Tools> Manage Layers>select a layer LMB – with double click or check it
2. Select an object in the viewport
3. Main Top Menu> Tools> Manage Layers>’Add Selected Objects to Highlighted’ button

MOVE OBJECTS FROM a LAYER TO ANOTHER
1. Main Top Menu> Tools> Manage Layers>select a layer LMB – with double click or check it
2. Select an object in the viewport
3. Main Top Menu> Tools> Manage Layers>’Add Selected Objects to Highlighted’ button
