Click Select and Scale, select objects in viewpot, use handles or insert a numeric value

MAIN TOOLBAR:

– Select and Scale

MAIN TOP MENU:

Edit>Scale

SNAP

Shortcut: A

Main Toolbar>Percent Snap Toggle

Main Top Menu: Tools>Grid and Snaps>Percent Snap Toggle
Main Top Menu: Tools>Grid and Snap Settings>Options>Percent (default: 10%)

PIVOT SETUP

Changing pivot setup, scale center is changed.

Right Column>Hierarchy>Adjust Pivot>Affect Pivot Only
Click Affect Pivot Only, click Main Toolbar>Select and Move, move only the pivot.

Right Column>Hierarchy>Adjust Pivot>Reset Pivot

Right Column>Hierarchy>Working Pivot
Toggle between Edit Working Pivot / Use Working Pivot

Right Column>Hierarchy>Adjust Transform
Don’t Affect Children

REFERENCE COORDINATE SYSTEM / SELECTION CENTER

Changing Reference Coordinate System / Selection Center, scale center is changed.
